Day Seven - September 13, 2004
I used Phase I to cleanse and shave my face, applied the Phase 2 and Phase 3, (ran out of Phase 4) then the IsaDermix Phase 5 AM Hydrating Cream before going outside today. Phase 5 does help reduce the red of rosacea from my face. Took 12 drops of R17 20 minutes before eating breakfast. Another dozen drops (or thirteen) just before lunch. Another dozen drops (or thirteen) just before supper. Another dozen drops just before bed. I applied Phase 1,2,3, and applied Phase 6 PM Cream. I have a couple of pustules on my nose I used the DMSO Fluconazole (small dabs).
Day Eight - September 14, 2004
Pustules beginning to dry up. I only used the Phase 5 AM this morning after washing my face with ivory soap. Took 12 drops of R17 20 minutes before eating breakfast. Forgot to use the drops before lunch or dinner. Did take 12 drops before bed. I applied Phase 1,2,3, and applied Phase 6 PM Cream.

Didn't notice anything different on my face. This morning I rushed off and could only use Phase I to cleanse and applied the Phase 2 and Phase 3, then the IsaDermix Phase 5 AM Hydrating Cream before going outside today. I used the R17 around 10:00 AM and again after lunch. I am running out of the R17. I applied Phase 1,2,3, and applied Phase 6 PM Cream before bed.
Day Thirteen - September 19, 2004

I ran out of the R17. My conclusion is that I didn't see anything significant with my rosacea using it. If I ever try it again I will let you know but for now I don't think I will buy another bottle. My wife thinks I ought to give it another try, but I would rather try something else. I have just ordered the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment to see for myself if it has any merit for me. It comes from Hong Kong. I will let you know how long it takes to arrive. Today I received some horrible news that caused me to withdraw from taking the lead at the Rosacea Research and Development Institute which I founded. I don't need the stress of trying to argue about this. If that is the way people perceive my involvment in the RRDi then fine, I quit. I used Phase 1, 2, and 3 today and applied Phase 6 PM Cream before bed.

I used ivory soap to wash my face and shave. I applied Hawaiian Tropic The Ultimate 70 SPF on my face since I am working in the sun today. Just used ivory soap two more times (once before bed). Face looks pretty good.
Day Twenty - Three - September 29, 2004
I only used Ivory soap today to wash my face. My rosacea seems better today. I still have some rosacea spots and tiny pustules but I only used Ivory soap all day long (washed three times). I have been strict about my Rosacea Diet for the last three weeks. My face is doing very well and the rosacea is only minimal. Very few tiny pustules.
Day Twenty - Four - September 30, 2004
I only used Ivory soap today to wash my face. My rosacea seems better today, didn't shave and applied Hawaiian Tropic The Ultimate 70 SPF the since I am working outside today. Just used the ivory soap before going to bed. You may wonder why I am laying off the IsaDermix products? My face is doing rather well lately just using my Rosacea Diet along with ivory soap. I figure that the less I use the better and ivory soap is gentle to my skin.
Day Twenty - Five - October 1, 2004
I only used ivory soap today to cleanse my face and used the Hawaiian Tropic The Ultimate 70 SPF for sunblock. Received the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment and applied it just before bed. It has an unusally pleasant sensation not unlike menthol. I applied it all over my forehead and face since I have some rosacea spots all over but very light. I am not applying the IsaDermix products for now to see if the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment makes any difference and eliminate the effects of the IsaDermix.
Day Twenty - Six - October 2, 2004
This morning I could not tell any difference with using the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment but shaved and washed with the ivory soap this morning. I applied a light application of Zhongzhou Medical Ointment just before going out today. I again applied the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment just before going to bed with a thick application.
Day Twenty - Seven - October 3, 2004
I can still see my rosacea spots this morning and it seems that the redness is reduced somewhat, but it is still too early to tell if the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment makes any difference. I applied the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment just before bed just on the rosacea spots.

Washed with ivory soap and applied the Hawaiian Tropic The Ultimate 70 SPF for sunblock since I am working outside today. I applied the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment just before bed just on the rosacea spots. I did apply the DMSO Fluconazole to a pustule on my nose that is beginning to hurt and appear red.

This morning the pustule on my nose has reduced. The rosacea spots seem to be less. I applied again the DMSO Fluconazole to the same pustule on my nose and it is drying up. Washed and shaved with ivory soap. I applied the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment just before bed just on the rosacea spots.

I ordered another jar of the ZZ from another source which is cheaper ($29). And I am not making a dime on this so you can not take issues with me on this. I believe in this ZZ cream so much I am purchasing another one. At the rate I am using this cream a jar only lasts about two weeks. Maybe when my face is completely clear I can use less. My face looks very good this morning and I cannot be happier with the results of this ZZ cream for not only rosacea but the claim is that it works also on acne. Thanks to Dr. Zhongzhou for his work on this treatment for rosacea and I am impressed enough to try another jar of the cream. I put some on my rosacea spots which are fading away after shaving and washing my face with ivory soap. I applied the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment just before bed just on the rosacea spots.

"Sublimed Sulfer
Zinci Oxidum
Salicylic Acid
Herba Menthae
Oviductus Fructus Bruceae
and more Chinese herbs we don't know and are the secret."
I don't know what to believe but that is what I came up with. I am still happy with the results and noticed significant improving in my rosacea in two weeks. I applied the Zhongzhou Medical Ointment just before bedtime on my remaining few rosacea spots that are fading away.

Used the last of the ZZ cream today. My face is pretty much cleared up of rosacea and am very happy with the results. Just used ivory soap to wash and shave.

Still waiting for the ZZ cream to arrive from another online source and only using ivory soap to wash and shave. My face has held pretty steady and no rosacea yet. I am worried that it will come back if I don't keep up the Z cream daily regime. I have used the IsaDermix Phase 5 AM Hydrating Cream once when I went outside one day.
