Here is the rationale behind this discovery. By slightly modifying the chemical configuration I encountered this compound that has shown remarkable properties to cure rosacea. Additionally this green tea extract acts as more than SPF 50 (can block more than 98.5% sun, not to mention it can filter or block both UVA and UVB where conventional sunscreen can only block UVB) and also a potent preservative so no additional chemicals including preservative or sunscreen are needed or added. This is a very exclusive patent pending formulation that contains just a blend of white and brown green tea extracts emulsified in water.

Thank you for your email. About ingredients, it is a puzzle among many pharmaceutical companies and that is how I have made this cream so well with only two ingredients. These green tea creams contain an analogue of (-)EGCg (stereo-chemically different than other commercially available EGCg) and distilled water there is no third ingredient in it. If a rosacea patient has any skin reaction with this cream that means the skin of that person is extremely sensitive and even reactive to distilled water. So this proprietary formulation depends on how I mix and stir the emulsification. Depending on variable temperature/mixing and stirring speed I have more than four hundred different formulations. It is interesting to see how mixing of two ingredients can give such a variety of formulation with rheologically different viscosities. One can visualize all mammals feed their babies with milk (mainly comprised of 2-3 ingredients) chemically the same but having different physical texture including taste and physiological output. There is something one can earn only by experience and not taught at the school or in the textbooks.
